Production: 450 dozen Color: Delicate pale gold. Bouquet: Classic aromas of lime, marmalade, dried pear and a hints of spicy apricot. Palate: Matured in French Oak; stylishly luscious with delicious weight on the middle palate. It has superb Semillon fruit counterbalanced by refreshing acidity finishing with a delightful clean complexity. Cellaring: Delicious to drink now, but with the screw cap closure, can be confidently cellared for up to 20 years. Traditionally accompanies desserts but excellent with cheese, fresh fruits, pate and bread. Winemaker: Liz Jackson |
