CONSTABLE ESTATE VINEYARDS
2007 Cabernet Merlot Hunter Valley
A blend of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Merlot, this wine is characterized by a deep purple berry colour and a bouquet of cassis, hints of chocolate spice and cigar aroma.
The palate exhibits rich berry fruit and chocolate.
Well balanced, full bodied and with fine tannins, the wine has developed intense complexity and overall smoothness.
