Producing approximately 3000 cases per year, our varieties include Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Merlot, Cabernet, Shiraz and our famous Botrytis Semillon.
2006 SEMILLON
This Hunter Valley Semillon is a crisp light-bodied wine, revealing a rich lemon and tropical fruit bouquet. The elegant palate displays an intense citrus lime flavour with a perfect clean finish.
This Semillon can be enjoyed now or cellared for 20 years, producing a classic Hunter aged Semillon.
2004 UNWOODED CHARDONNAY
Crisp and fresh, the bouquet reveals melon and passion fruit aromas, whilst the palate has rounded citrus flavours with a long clean finish.

This beautiful balanced Hunter Valley Chardonnay reflects maturation in French Oak, producing rich melon, peach, cream & butter flavours.
2008 Pinot Gris
True to its variety, this wine displays aromas of fruit salad, pear, honeysuckle and delicious apple balanced with a clean finish. A feature of this wine is its great length, built on the balancing foundation components of fruit flavour, lees influence and minerally acid.
An upfront fresh character, generous yet fine mid palate and graceful length of flavour.

2006 CABERNET MERLOT LIMITED RELEASE
Matured in new French Oak for 6 months, this luscious wine has a rich strawberry and liquorice bouquet, balanced by a gentle spiciness on the finish. match this wine with roasted duck, Morrocan lamb or braised beef cheeks.
This Cabernet Merlot is a voluptuous, full bodied wine which can be enjoyed now or cellared between 5 - 8 years

2004 HUNTER VALLEY SHIRAZ
This Hunter Valley Shiraz has a rich plum and berry bouquet, balanced by a peppery intensity. Maturation in American oak maturation for 6 months has allowed the spiciness of the Shiraz to blend with the vanillin oak, resulting in a soft sweet berry finish.
This Hunter Shiraz has been made to enjoy now or aged for 4-5 years.
2006 CONSTABLE ESTATE SHIRAZ
This delicious wine is a blend of Shiraz grown in the Hunter and the Barossa Valley, which displays a leathery floral violet and red plum aromas.
The wine has a finish of fruit and vanillin oak structured on violets and fruit sweetness.

2007 BOTRYTIS SEMILLON LIMITIED RELEASE
Only 200 dozen half bottles of this Hunter Valley Botrytis Semillon were produced.
Production: 200 dozen
Color: Delicate pale gold.
Bouquet: Classical aromas of lime marmalade, dried pear and a hints of spicy apricot. Swirling the glass enhances the aroma.
Palate: Matured in French Oak for 6 months; stylishly luscious with delicious weight on the middle palate. It has superb Semillon fruit counterbalanced by refreshing racy acidity so it finishes with a delightful clean complexity.
Cellaring: Delicious to drink now, but with the screw cap closure can be confidently cellared for 20 plus years.
Enjoy with: Botrytis Semillon is naturally thought of as a dessert wine.
Serve it with cheese, particularly soft, ripe cheeses (i.e blue cheese) accompanied by fresh fruits, pate and sweet bread.
